Hele Electronics awfully respects tech research and creative design and regards them as an essential part to improve brand competitiveness. Our R&D team equipped with advanced facilities is proud of its R&D ability. The team excels in tooling making, ID structure, electronic technology, soft, audio and so on. These technicians offer tech supports to items as a whole. Thanks to the team members, now every product has its own intellectual property right accordingly.

Over 60 personnel serve in the team. Key staffs among them have been in the industry over a decade and was once worked in Jabra and Dell as engineers in Bluetooth field.

Hele Electronics chief engineer, once worked as Lenovo`s IDC and prime engineer in Edifier, has been designed 3C items and their deprived items in the past 12 years. His team also won the best team of2013 at Red Dots.

The chief soft engineer was the grand old man in both Ganglu Electronics and Primax Electronics. Working in the industry for 10-plus-year,he is virtually a veteran in making Bluetooth soft and profiles as well as a holder of many Bluetooth soft patents.

Chief IDC of Hele Electronics, the leading staff was once responsible for electronic program in both WKK and Zhongming Electronics. The respected man has been stayed in the field for over 10 years and is famous for his expertise in developing Bluetooth devices for Jabra.

Quality and Control

Equipped with professional QC facilities, our company has a complete QC system including high-precision color box, vision measuring system, thermal shock chamber, bursting strength tester, micro-computer vibration tester, battery tester. The whole system secures reliable quality once again.

Production

Our factory locates in Daojiao Town Dongguan City, town of electronics. Close to west express line, transportation is really convenient. The factory area, covering 15,000 square meters, comprises 25 independent assembly and producing lines with advanced and complete equipment. 1,000 consolidated employees are working for the manufacturing base with producing capacity, up to 40,000 sets/day.
